How does Member's Mark compare to Ozark Trail? Both look identical. I returned the OT one as it was accumulating condensate inside and the fabric was very thin and didn't withstand even a slight rain.

I second this. I had the 6-person Ozark Trail version. With scotch guard I was able to get it to last about 4 years and 15 or so camping trips. Eventually the inside liner started disintegrating and condensation would pool on the sides and drip into the tent. It was great as an instant tent in dry weather, but you get what you pay for.
This is a pretty decent tent. These instant up tents are pretty great in that you can set them up in about a minute. If you hit the campsite at 10PM, it's a real lifesaver to be able to be able to flop the tent down and have it up in a minute.
Are they light? No. Do they take up a lot of room? Yes. Do they have more condensation than other tents? No. Are they as water resistant as a tent with a full fly? No. Should you water proof? Yes, you should seam seal and water proof any tent you buy.
