Tried the melatonin from this brand, too sweet for me, but the kids like it. I split 1 gummy with 2 kids, so they get a smaller dose, and works well.
Not sure if they need Vitamin C tho, have never given it to them thus far.

I don't mind the amount of sugar in these. but I agree that a toned-down version of the melatonin would be preferred. What kind of person eats sugar before bed?!

I don't love the sugar either, but that's how I get my kids to take them so a necessary evil for me. Obviously this won't work for melatonin, but I give my kid the magnesium early enough where the sugar won't effect bed time.

Vitamin c is fine but from these comments — please don't give your children melatonin. It can suppress puberty and throw off hormone regulation. Adults should not be taking it in a habitual manner either.

More like 2 1/2 oranges.

The point of a supplement is to "supplement" an already healthy diet. Many people have vitamin deficiencies even if they already eat a full and balanced diet. This can be due to health reasons or perhaps a medication they are on contributes to the deficiency. Should that person eat 5 oranges every day? if you are low in iron is eating 2 pounds of red meat a good option? Low on vitamin D....just drink a gallon of milk? See how poorly this logic plays out?

If you dropped out of HS...please stay out of health related posts.

Sorry, but if someone thinks orange = vitamin supplement they should probably stick to topics they know about...and proved themselves a certified "idiot" on the subject. Do you know how often I bring up '17th century French literature' or 'methods for initiating cold fusion' in a conversation? Exactly never. You know why? Because they are subjects I am not educated enough in to discuss rationally. So I leave those concepts to parties who have more experience and knowledge. Odd, right?

Why is spreading false information less inflammatory to you than another person calling them out for the act? Do you think that my lack of politeness to a person offering bad medical advice is the greater of those two evils? LOL...I'd disagree. The problem in this world is we are supposed to be nice to everyone with a 'differing opinion,' no matter how much harm that opinion causes or the fact it is being perpetuated by a person who knows they are lying. We aren't talking about your choice of ice cream or favorite college sports team here...but real world wrong information with real world repercussions.

2g sugar and 0.125g vitamin C in every gummy. If you really want candy, this is not the product for you 😂

orange has vitamin *c*, maybe not as much as in a pill. People buy non GMO, organic and etc. people like natural foods than dinner in a can. Like I said, the last paragraph is the kicker, i stop when I am ahead.

You stopped way behind friend....way behind. BTW GMO and / or organic and vitamin content are unrelated discussions. Perhaps look at map before pulling over to stop, you seem lost.
