Can't speak to the sound quality, but the description says it's got built in mics eliminating the need for a mic arm.

I returned mine because they were too small for my head. I wear a Large/XL size hat btw.

Is it usb c yet? The micro port is always the first to go on these.

edit: it does...finally.
but looks like it's useless for gaming with no mic arm. Logitech has been failing in design these past few years.
Suggestion: If a headset doesn't have USB-C, just get one of the magnetic plugs. I use one with my headset, Corsair VOID, and it works perfect. I just dangle the cord near my left ear and it snaps to the little piece that plugs into the slot. I think it was like tenish dollars on Amazon a year ago.

I have a large head. The VOID works super well. I will say that their software crashed often when I first boot up and needs restarted. I know Razer has a reputation, one that they earned for sure, but software wise they really leave Logitech and Corsair behind in ease and cleanliness. Even though I rock a corsair headset and keyboard, they definitely are last in my software preference side.

So yeah, if your a big head maybe consider the VOID if you need wireless. My small/normal headed friends mock it for its size.

That's actually a great idea for a headset. So many times I would forget my old g930 was plugged in and I would get up to walk away while it was tethered. The micro usb eventually broke.

Forgot to include this, but if you use Honey, you get more cashback at Walmart, making their listing like cheaper by about $1-$2.

I just don't understand that need for a wireless headset with PC gaming. How far away from your computer do you sit? I suppose those who use their PC with a TV and sit on the couch might need it. But I usually just plug my headphones into my wireless controller, which certainly isn't very far from my head.
Because I like to get up and walk around with the headset on without being tied down to my desk. I can go take a piss with the headset on. I can go to the kitchen with the headset on. I can let me dog out with the headset on.

I am wireless mouse, keyboard, headset all the way.

It feels better, and not being tied down is just different. I mean just how planted in your seat are you.

Has nothing to do with Bluetooth—even though, yes, Xbox doesn't have Bluetooth. Proper gaming headsets interface with consoles over 2.4GHz wireless, not Bluetooth. The reason why they are not on Xbox is because Xbox uses a proprietary system which requires licensing. Which means additional fees and testing. So Logitech opted to omit going through that.

TLDR: Xbox is not plug-n-play with any off-the-shelf wireless headset because of proprietary technology it requires.

It has to as bluetooth doesn't support stereo headset, never mind the latency, was never designed for it.

5.3 supposedly changes this but hardware support(on both ends) is limited.

I just got a pair of these in. Here's a quick take for those wondering:

USB-C Charging and good battery life
Sound is OK, not groundbreaking (wouldn't expect audiophile sound at this price point)
I'm using this with my laptop on Bluetooth and my PS5 with the dongle, switching them is easy and great to have that flexibility. Bluetooth syncs up super fast.
When you get this, a firmware update is pretty much mandatory. The PS5 will not see the dongle/headphone connection otherwise
The mic(s) are built into the left ear cup and seem to work fine. Ran a test and I was said to be just as clear or more so than my wired pair with a boom
And lastly, these are super lightweight. Lightest I've owned and I've owned a bunch of headphones. They fit fine on me, though they are said to be specified for smaller heads. I don't see anyone complaining unless they have a huge melon.

Overall, I really dig the flexibility this pair offers. I'll keep these as my primary pair until they release a higher end version that keeps the dual connectivity. But I hope they make a 700 or 900 series that has better sound.
Is it comfortable when you wear it for a long time?

Serious question. If I have Pixel Buds, is there really a need for a gaming headset on PC? Is it strictly for better battery performance and easy muting? I have a G930, and I've had so many problems with the power button (which I had to fix).

I'm wondering if it's even worth it to get these with the current state of headphones.

Dedicated gaming headsets usually have much lower lag, while bluetooth can be horrendous

How do these fit big heads? XL hats barely fit me. I've always had issues with headphones.. I recently bought a set of Razer barracudas on prime day and after 30 mins or so I feel like my heads going to clamp to death
