I have the half off deal, and I am honestly having a hard time justifying that. I haven't watched anything on HBO/MAX for a couple of months.

Why pay for any service you don't use. Cancel it. I watch a shit ton of shows on it so always looking for ways to reduce my costs. I wish this had come a few months ago when I bit for the $150 annual plan with $25 AMEX rebate.
I probably will when it ends in September. I want to catch, House of the Dragon this month. I loved Julia and The Gilded Age, but they won't be back for months. My son told me Hacks is also good.

My half off deal ends Sept 17. Hopefully I'll be able to sign up then with the $25 off Amex offer.
Note that the Amex offer ends on 9/15.

Crazy that we have to pay money for the privilege of watching ads.
When was cable or satellite TV invented? 50 years ago? Yeah crazy.

Just a heads up for those that weren't aware, AT&T provides HBO MAX ad free with your internet plan and Verizon at one point (may not be current) but worth checking.
att no longer does that.

HBO Max doesn't add anything. After I watched all the DC movies and shows there was nothing left for me to watch. They really need to consistently add more content
Man, what about all their classic movies? They have so much from the French New Wave, Hitchcock, Kurosawa, it goes on and on. Between the fantasic movie selection and the HBO shows it's the last streaming service I would cancel.

Perfect timing. My annual sub was ending in 9 days anyway. Used the CB site, used my Amex $25 off…used a diff email to sign up since it specified 1st year. Def a better price than my last yearly sub. Thx, OP!

They have a lot of great shows on there such as The Rehearsal, Euphoria, and Barry to name a few.
Euphoria takes 5 years in between seasons. Next season they'll be in nursing homes.

Any reliable sources? Bought 3, work couple months and then no response from vendors.
