We finally purchased some AirTags and one feature that pisses me off is only one apple account can track the tag, you can't grant family members access to track it as well. Very frustrating

Do research on the Airtags vs Samsung Smart tag vs Tile. Seems like the first two are great and based on what phone you have. Tile is not so good as many people don't have Tile so it doesn't pick up locations anywhere near as frequently as the other two, and don't forget the added costs Tile requires.

This all depends on what you use it for. If it's finding keys around the house, either of the three are good. If it's tracking you lost luggage, I had to just do that two weeks ago and an airtag saved me lots of time.

I have many and agree, this is the single stupidest thing about them and I really hope they fix it.

Tile blows if you are looking to them as a cheaper alternate to these. I been using them for years. They have saved my butt a few times which im grateful for, but they are so wildly inconsistent and the batteries seem to die very quick. This is over 4 different models of tiles over 5 years.

I finally caved and got a 4-pack of airtags on BF and will slowly transition all my tiles over. Just have to map to my work phone since I have never owned a personal iphone and likely never will.

just buy as many tags as family members and glue them all together! the tags that is.
