I have the newest one
Apple currently makes 3 different MacBook Pros: 13", 14" and 16" and each all have different peak-charging capabilities.

I bought this and it fast charges my Samsung phone but won't Super Fast Charge it. I was disappointed
Interesting, as prior Insignia USB-C chargers which support PPS (as is the case here) had commenters noting support for Super Fast Charge. It might be helpful to distinguish which device/SFC rating (so the Note 45W or the 25W mode associated with other Galaxy models)?

This Insignia adapter caps PPS current at 3A (see post above) so although there should be little problem reaching 25W SFC, 45W SFC may not be possible given the 3A limit at lower voltages.

Good luck!

Yes I think the charger needs to support PPS for Super Fast Charge, and most don't. The ones that do will say it pretty clearly

As far as I can tell from a quick google search, Samsung Super Fast Charge requires PD 3.0 PPS which is a new addition to the PD 3.0 standard.

It'd be really nice if everyone could get on the same standard.
This Insignia charger is USB-IF certified for PPS and Power Delivery 3.0

https://www.usb.org/single-product/5981

Some PPS chargers make a good point to list their PPS support (though not all of those clearly announce their range of supported PPS voltages, which also matters). The Insignia AC charger/adapters have all had a solid track record of supporting PPS across the full voltage range (3.3V-21V).

About the only miss among the Insignia chargers has been the lack of 12V support outside of PPS. As 12V support has been made optional with the newest revisions of Power Delivery this miss is disappointing but understandable. To point of the last post, this does require a lot of reading of fine print to ensure that any particular device is reaching its maximum charging potential on a particular adapter.

Good luck!

Definitely a strange limit on the USB-A port (rather than allowing the 12W limit):

Output: Total 67.5 W
USB-C: 60 W (5 V/3 A, 9 V/3 A,15 V/3 A, 20 V/3 A) (PPS) 3.3 V ~ 21 V/3 A, 60 W Max.
USB-A: 7.5 W (5 V/1.5 A)

Good luck!

Only a handful of stores had any for that price and they were all sold out by 11am. Hard to judge a deal by how it compares to a very short lived one from 4 months ago.
Thanks for insight and thanks for making me feel better 😁😁
