I purchased an e-bike from this company. The bike arrived damaged, but joyride sent replacement parts. Unfortunately the battery still did not fit onto the bike. The company then stopped responding to my emails. I now have an expensive nonfunctional e-bike and threw away nearly $1000! I honestly can't even believe it. Personally, I wish I'd gone with another brand.
Seems like a legit company but sounds like bad news if you have a problem they don't want to deal with.

I Hear you but I was replying to the others who werent sure about the company itself being legit or not. Hopefully it follows the Alpha reviews and your credit card for warranty protection incase the vendor is MIA.
