PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
I purchased an e-bike from this company. The bike arrived damaged, but joyride sent replacement parts. Unfortunately the battery still did not fit onto the bike. The company then stopped responding to my emails. I now have an expensive nonfunctional e-bike and threw away nearly $1000! I honestly can't even believe it. Personally, I wish I'd gone with another brand.

Seems like a legit company but sounds like bad news if you have a problem they don't want to deal with.

Here's some information on my two ordering experiences to help others out. First I ordered a Juice e-scooter a couple of months ago. (https://corporate.joyridebike.com...-e-scooter) It shipped a couple days after the order was placed and arrived within a week. I had it set up and was out riding the same day it arrived. It has lots of pep and gets up to 18mph in a hurry. On gradual hills I can hold max speed, but on steeper hills it'll drop off a little bit. For where I live, it's certainly no issue. If I hold my speed around 12mph, I think I can get upwards of 25 miles on a charge. If I'm maxing out at 18mph, it's probably just a little under 20 miles. Obviously that varies based on starts/stops, hills, wind, etc. I did take one rear reflector off and added a bike trailer hitch. I now use the scooter to tow my son all around town. He absolutely loves it! And even with the 50+ pounds of trailer+kid, it still holds the max speed at 18mph on flat ground. With the trailer, I'm getting about 15 miles at max speed on a charge. We can still hit 20 miles if we just cruise closer to 12mph. At $360 with free shipping and no tax, I have absolutely zero regrets getting this scooter. I'd encourage anyone to go for it. And it looks beautiful with the wood deck, especially at night with the blue lights glowing underneath.

After getting my scooter, I was so impressed that I ordered the Laguna ST cruiser bike for my wife as a surprise for her birthday. That one came in at $960 with free shipping and no tax. (https://corporate.joyridebike.com.../laguna-st) Just like the scooter, it arrived a week after I placed the order. It took me a couple of hours to finish assembly out of the box. After hopping on for a test ride, I was immediately impressed! I've never been on an e-bike before, but as soon as I started peddling this thing just took off and accelerated straight up to 10mph going up a hill. Depending on the power assist level, it will hold your speed at 10, 12, 15, 18, or 20mph. And if you're especially lazy, you can set the cruise control and not even pedal. So far the longest ride we've done with it was just under 15 miles. By the end, it still showed 80% battery remaining. I did take the bike in for a tune-up as the brakes and shifters needed some small adjustments that I couldn't quite get on my own. The only negative comment the bike shop made was that the disc brakes included were on the cheaper end, but they had nothing else bad to say about it. The technician said he rode it for a couple of miles and it had a really nice smooth ride. He actually seemed a little surprised at how nice it was. I assume that there's a good chance they haven't seen a Hurley bike before. They just recommended upgrading the brakes when the pads wear out. Overall, we were again impressed by the quality of the bike, especially at the price point. My wife absolutely loves riding it and actually wants to go biking now. I'd have no hesitancy in recommending Hurley branded bikes to anyone. The scooter and bike we got are fantastic!

Checked minutes ago that Fedex showing that it received the package 09/07 12AM. Ordered Juice 08/28, label created 08/30. Expected to deliver 09/13. Guess SDer's who have been anxiously waiting for will see their ordered package moving after this long weekend.

I didn't get my shipping label tracking to update until I made a paypal dispute then within 5 minutes I got the info.
In fact today I got my scooter and it appears new. Another poster commented that the charger got extremely hot but mine is cool to the touch. The entire scooter is UL listed as is the scooter charger. A huge benefit because of cheap electric scooters catching fire.

how do you pump the air with teh front tire? My valve stem got pushed in and its really really hard to get air in. anyone have the same issue?

If your tire is really flat, hold the valve stem from the back side (outside of the tire) while you put the pump on.

Or, you could get a right angle schrader adapter like these, which I've found very handy for my kid's bikes with their narrow spoke profile:

Anyone know how to fix a flat on these? Rear tire holds no air. I assume I need to take the wheel off, manual does not have any information on this. Any idea how to remove the rear wheel to change tire/tube?

Youtube search "xiaomi tire change" . You'll find a bunch of videos. It can be a pain in the butt.

They should include have included instructions in the manual, but didn't
My tires held air from the start, but I added slime to help protect against flats.
I got valve extenders from Auto Zone to help inflate the front tires. 4 for $5.99

I believe the tire pressure should be about 50PSI

with these right angle valve - do you leave them on once you put them on? Or do you put it in each time?

I put them in each time for the kids bikes and the scooter, but depending on your application you might be able to leave them in. I think they would hit the frame on the scooter, but they're easy enough to take off and put on as needed

my stem is pushed in - how do i pull it out without ruining the groove?
