That is easily upgradable. And there are plenty examples of budget laptops with powerful CPU and moderately powerful GPU with less amount of Ram and storage to meet the price. The idea is that you can buy with with powerful components that cannot be replaced (CPU and GPU) but the upgrade the other components in future.
