PayPal and Uber are teaming up to offer PayPal customers 6 months of Uber One for $1.66 per month instead of the regular price of $9.99. Your PayPal account will be charged for your first installment on your enrollment date. After your trial offer, your subscription will auto-renew at $9.99 per month or the then-current monthly rate.

To sign up:

Click "Get Offer" from the link below.
Go to "Choose Payment" and select or add PayPal to your Uber Wallet.
"Join Now" and subscribe to Uber One.
Note: PayPal has to be in your Uber or Uber Eats Wallet during your offer trial. I've had this for a few months now. At $1.66 a month, I'd say it's worth it. But only because Uber Eats sends me notifications for 40-60% off at least once a week. After fees and tip, it costs about the same as picking it up. So you're basically getting meals delivered for free. Without those extra discounts, I don't think I'd use this.

Signed up, oddly got a notification saying to save $20 when I try one month freeā€¦ so I clicked it, took me to a page that said I already had UberOneā€¦. Checked my Promos page and saw both a $20 OFF (for trying one month) and a $25 for PayPal. Both are delivery only.

I signed up and selected PayPal as my payment method for Uber One. However it says it'll renew on 10/20 at $9.99. Is that the case or will it auto renew at $1.66? Thanks!

When I click through, this offer is still showing up, but when I try to signup, I get a weird error:

"You do not own this payment method. Please update your payment method to continue."

My PayPal and Uber accounts have different emails could that be it? My Uber email is on the list of allowed emails on my PayPal account. šŸ¤”

ETA: I changed my Uber email and it worked! Deals not dead.

I've already gotten my 6 months at $1.66/month (confirmed by checking that I have been charged $1.66 6 times Wink, but in my app it still shows renew on 11/20 for $1.66 under Uber One and under Billing Plan it shows 6 months for $1.66 until 11/17. What do I trust....?

I decided not to risk it. But upon canceling, they offered an additional month at 90% off the usual rate, which I accepted.
