No, that comes as part of kit with drill. The four free tools to choose from are just the tools alone.

Same. Sold the drill itself on nextdoor for $75, so I got the subcompact circular saw for about $31 after tax.

In july this was $99 plus a free tool. Got 4 sets.

This below link is also not a bad price for brushed with 70 pc bit set. For $89 free ship to home.
