hydrocolloid patches on "ripe" acne is game changing. Some dissapear overnight.

You can also buy large hydrocolloid patches and cut them into small squares. The larger ones are thicker and work better than these types of small dots, not to mention they cost like 1/10th the price.

Diet definitely affects acne. Obviously other factors like genetics and environment are factors too. But for instance, Dairy is a known trigger for many people. If you've been seeing a derm for many years, haven't been able to manage your acne, and they haven't asked about your diet, find a new doctor. They are milking you for money and not getting to the root causes.

I suppose you could try it on the drywall if you don't have acne. YMMV

Eat healthier. Most foods these days can cause breakouts. Yes, everybodies skin is different but our body have a certain reaction when we comsume certain foods. Also, another factor wash your face in the morning and night. Try to use a really good organic, free of parabens facial cleanser.

I haven't seen any high-impact pubs showing a strong association between foods and skin-break out. it really varies throughout genders, ethnicity, and genetics. Eating like a monk won't make everyone's skin clean. it really depends on each individual.

Actually, the derm textbook states that sleeping early does reduce sebum levels thus decreasing the likelihood of getting skin breakout. So, before trying anything else, try to sleep early, and reduce stress levels.

Dynarex Dynaderm Hydrocolloid Dressing, 4 X 4 Inch https://a.co/d/c0J7Vwp.

My guestimate is that I get 800 or so patches out of a box that is now around $14 (10 sheets of 4"x4")
