It comes with 2 switches that can be used individually or in a 3-way setting (each pairs with a regular 3-way slave switch). Or you can use both for one 3-way setting, but I don't see why you want to do that.

The 3-way dimmer kit cannot be used as 2 separated dimmers though as it has one master and one slave. So it is not such a good deal when compared with the 3-way switch kit above.
