I'm wondering if there would a better deal on BF. And also I'm wondering if Amazon will match this sale price next week.

Put F10SC diluted into the water and it will deal with all mold and crap to be concerned with. I use it to treat my humidifiers and dehumidifiers.
How does it work exactly? How diluted? I'm guessing you turn it on outside the house and let it run empty (for the humidifiers)?
For mopping, you just add it to the tank and let it mop? Toxic for human upon touching?

Their website says return for any reason for 30 days. If they don't give you a partial refund they are effectively losing money because you can just reorder and return the old one.
I saw that and am interpreting it as using it once or twice won't invalidate a return. I'm asking them for a partial refund otherwise I'm offering to return and repurchase. The partial refund makes the most sense for them if they're thinking logically. They don't have to pay return shipping and they don't wind up with a device that they have to repackage

I will see what they say. Hopefully partial refund is an option.

It works amazingly well. Much better than my first robot, a neato d7 did. It was pricey but wort it at 1400 but for 1059, that's a bargain. None of the other $1000 options have equivalent navigation while also offering moping plus vacuuming.

I find the Roborock website confusing. If I want Vacuum function and auto empty doc, but no mopping function. Then I want the S7+, right?
Yes you'd want the s7+ but it will still come with mopping. All of the s7 models come with mopping. The s7 is the only option if you want auto emptying on the dock. The s5 max doesn't come with mopping however you will not be able to use any of the auto emptying docks.

The s7+ package comes with an s7 and an auto empty vacuum dock. That's what the plus means. No plus means it's just the s7 and the plain charging doc that can't empty the robot.

To make it more confusing you could get an s7 maxv which has the additional ai obstacle avoidance features using camera in addition to lidar. You could then pair that with the auto empty vacuum only dock. However you'd have to assemble that setup yourself on their website because there's no s7 maxv with auto empty vacuum only dock.

The dilution measurements are found on their bottle and website. 1:500 to 1:250 would handle all molds where 250 would handle most hard to kill viruses and molds. It's vet grade cleaner to prevent the spread of mold and viruses. I simply spray the bucket of the dehumidifier with the already made 1:250 F10SC:WATER and let it sit for at least 30 seconds then wipe it dry. It does not need to be washed out after it has dried. F10XD contains a detergent and would need to be removed with pure water after it has been utilized. F10SC is considered safe for humidifiers and is regularly used to treat lung infections at vets.

I cannot give you medical advice or health advice but those are the instructions from their website. You can contact them for additional information.

Thanks OP. I almost pulled the trigger to buy the Max Ultra on Prime Day. But they don't even have it in stock at that time.

Amazon should. Then return the Dyad, which gives you the max v ultra for like $900.

Isn't this the pair with the auto empty dock?

My uncle a fews weeks ago got the Q5+ on Amazon for 550. It just vaccums and auto empties. Sounds like maybe this is the model you may want.

That includes the ultra dock which is more expensive than the vacuum only dock. The ultra dock will wash the mop and refill the water tank.

I was looking into it as an upgrade for my i7+. A lot of people report that the S9 is problematic. I7 and S9 are basically the same hardware in a different box. Neither has object avoidance, which has been a major negative for me with my I7. I also found that it never had enough battery life to finish a single cleaning job, and would have to go back and recharge 2-3 times. I "upgraded" from a S4 MAX for the self-empty and aside from that it's been a major downgrade. Constantly bumps into stuff, doesn't clean as well in corners, and constantly gets stuck. The only thing I like more with the roomba is the unlimited number of keep out zones, last I checked Roborock limited you to a few. Might have changed. Either way, I'm grabbing this deal and putting my i7+ up for sale.
Appreciate the detailed response. Repped!

I just did the same recently. Can it be returned if I ran it once since opening it? Or does roborock offer partial refunds like some stores do if a sale happens so soon after buying something?

Returning would save $300 since when I bought it all I had was a $10 coupon.

Edit: I talked to roborock and they gave me a partial refund. Great deal!
How much did they refund?

the MvUltra still very expensive.

I bought the S5 like 2.5 years ago, and I changed the motor once in about 1.5 years in with the help of Roborock customer service. Now that using it for 2.5 years, the vacuum begins to complain about this and that, and it sounded louder than when i first bought.

I am a little on the fence on the durability of this machine. If i pay this much, i expect it to last more than 5 years or longer.
