Put F10SC diluted into the water and it will deal with all mold and crap to be concerned with. I use it to treat my humidifiers and dehumidifiers.

Are these sold out? Don't see a "buy" button.

Off-topic: Not that I don't like Roborock's vacuums (I have a couple of S4 Max units that have worked great for a couple of years now and I would happily recommend), but their website has some obvious non-native speaker spelling mistakes that are not expected from a company selling $1500 vacuums in the US. The link above takes you to the "Roboorck Deals:" page and when you open that page there's a hovering tab on the left to sign up for their emails with a sign that says "Stay Turned In"... I assume this should say 'tuned'?
Maybe it's supposed to say "Stay Turned On"

never know....

I find the Roborock website confusing. If I want Vacuum function and auto empty doc, but no mopping function. Then I want the S7+, right?
No, you want the Q5+.

I ordered the Ultra and some of the F10SC solution on Amazon. But I also see where Roborock has a new dryer module for the dock. It's listed on the site at $89.99 and starts shipping by 9/15. I ordered one of those as well.

Probably depends on how often you use it and your preference for bags vs. no bags. You'll probably save money in the long run assuming you use it regularly since you won't have to buy bags anymore. However, some people prefer bags for the hygiene factor. Up to you really. If it were me and I was I the market for the S7+, I'd probably get it.

Thank you for this! This will be the first robovac with mop that I've owned and want to make sure I'm doing this correctly. Should I just use water and the F10SC solution or do I still need to purchase one of the cleaning solutions that I see for sale on the site or on Amazon and add the F10SC to that?

  • F10SC is an EPA approved Hospital Grade Disinfectant used in many of the world's leading Veterinary Hospitals and Zoological Institutions as well as by leading Reptile, Bird and Exotic Pet Breeders and Keepers.
  • Non-toxic, Non-corrosive & Biodegradable Disinfectant so has no adverse effects on People, Animals, Equipment or Surfaces After Diluting.
  • Can be used in a wide range of applications - Disinfecting Cages, Water Bowls, Floors, Racks, Shelving, Perches and Toys, Food Preparation Areas, Inside Incubators, Decontaminating hands etc.
  • Dilution Rates of F10SC are: General disinfection at 1:500 (2ml in 1 liter of water), High level disinfection against Bacteria, Fungi and most Viruses at 1:250 (4ml to 1 liter of water), For use against the most resistant viruses such as Parvovirus or PBFD at 1:125 (8ml in 1 liter or water).

Can anyone speak to the reliability of these machines? I just returned a Deebot T8+ AIVI to costco after less than 2 years of use because it started making a constant and loud squeel/grind/screech noise that got louder on carpet but still pretty unbearable on hardwood. Based on my research the motor must have gone bad.

Thankfully I got it at costco, because I would have had to eat $660 otherwise. I'm kind of afraid to drop this much money on a robot vacuum now unless its from costco.

THanks I order the one with the Cylone bin, I guess I can decided later on the bags.

I have the S5Max. One of the things I notice is that I have to cut the spool of hair from its roller after every use. I do it the same time I empty its internal bin. Have to use the cutting tool that came with it.

I wonder if the self emptying bin takes care of that. There would be no point of the self emptying bin if the roller gets clogged with hair after each use. I saw an advertisement of another brand (I think Shark) that advertised automatic roller cleanup. Do the new models have the same? Is it truly 'set it and forget it' till you have to empty the bin?
