Normally 105, on sale for $49.97. I realize this is still pretty expensive, but not a bad deal if you need a large set of oscillating blades, especially the titanium enhanced bi-metal blades.

How long do cheap blades last on wood? I bought a 20 pack for like $18 from Amazon and just wondering. I'm guessing these hold up better on things like metal. But curious if the cheap blade are fine for wood

In that video, he tested old Chinese made Milwaukee blades.

The ones in this deal are made in Milwaukee's Mississippi factory.
I'm pretty sure he describes the Milwaukee blades as made in the USA toward the begining of the vided.

Not true... At the 6:15 mark he states the Milwaukees are made in the USA. But he is also comparing Milwaukee titanium (as in this deal) against some carbide blades. Cartbide is the way to go no matter what brand. Bimetal and titanium just don't match up against carbide.

If so, then why does he link to some Chinese made one in the "Products Tested In This Video" section? It also has a full round mounting section instead of the open-loc of these blades. It might be a fascinating enough video, but it's somewhat irrelevant if he's testing a different products than what the deal is for.

Milwaukee 48-90-0020 is what is linked as well - "Country of origin USA" - not sure what you're talking about. In any case, the ones in this deal are NOT carbide, so NOT a good deal!

I just picked up a couple 3-packs of Diablo carbides, but they're $45 a pack at Home Depot: https://www.homedepot.com/p/DIABL.../314780337 [homedepot.com]
I got them much cheaper, maybe by 50%, on eBay. I don't know why they are that much cheaper and concluded HD is just marking them up. There is no difference in quality and the blades come in original packaging as well. Go figure!

If you click "show more" in the video's description there is a section where he links to the products tested. Following that link for the Milwaukee blade takes you to an Amazon page that clearly says "Made in China" in the description. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B011DGSI3K

There seems to be a disconnect between what he says in the video and what he says he tested. But irregardless of where it was actually made, it is physically different from the blades in this deal.

That's all I'm saying, he tested a Milwaukee blade that is not the same as the blades in this deal.

Oscillating blades are one of those rare cases when it's better just to buy the cheap Chinese generic blades on Amazon. They don't last quite as long, but they give you about 3x-4x as many for the $$$. I kinda prefer switch blades more often anyway. Not so much because of the ware, but sometimes they can get gummed up and it's better just to slap on a fresh blade.

Carbide blades last so much longer. I don't use regular blades anymore.
