stone is usuallly 2nd generation teflon and it wont states PTFE-free. It usually state PFOS free or PFAS free. Most cheap stone pan are chinese version of teflon but they go by another coating type name. Have not seen a stone ceramic yet.

Not sure if I had a good experience with them. Fried eggs stick easily

So far my best non-stick pan was $25 "blue diamond" coating one from Walmart

Maybe ballerina (it is a henckles owned company) I bought them at the outlet in Pleasantville, NY last year. but costco event has them also

They are wonderful made in Italy outlet had them for 5-10 dollars each. also staub dutch ovens (second because no box) for less thatn 80 dollars...They usually have a huge sale weekend before thanksgiving and weekend after thanksgiving

I like Bialetti Titan. It's relatively cheap and much nicer than the cheaper TFal line. I dont hjave any Granitestone but Ive had Copper Chef from As Seen on TV and I just dont think they are worth it.
