Whether one is team blue or red, it's very hard not to be impressed by what AMD has done over the past 8 years. They went from a company with a $2 stock price to an undeniable contender fighting BOTH PC juggernaunts - Intel & Nvidia. And not just by offering discount components, but top level products that can do better, for less.

Just a few years ago, the Vega and Radeon products were "good for the money", but if you wanted top gaming performance you had to buy team Green. When I look at the benchmarks, now, however, pretty much the only place where nvidia reigns is in ray-tracing and dlss. but what games are there that take advantage of RT? and with the amount of power that cards like this one can pack, do you even need DLSS or FSR, even if playing on 4k - which is very much a minority of the gaming population?
burn baby burn.. let the prices continue to fall for gouging us these last 2 years
good deal. This was several hundred more just recently
Not wrong on any of it. Like I said, see you in the next thread. We will see who is correct. Keep changing the goalposts though once we get there like you are doing here (THIS card; only high end cards; no serious gamer would buy a USED card). Like I said, we will see. All we can do now is speculate. So far everyone like you have speculated wrong, prices keep dropping. Like I said, I am personally waiting for the dump into the used market to see how low it will really go. Talk to you then bud Wink

Edit: lol, this you from 12 days ago (yes, days ago)?

Guessing when I search I will find your same shill comments trying to aggressively get people to buy going back to the beginning of the price drops, LMAO. Way too easy bud.

Would this work with an older power supply such as this Corsair TX850? [newegg.com]

Nvidia also just said that they are going to postpone the new generation while they sell the old supply (which is what I said they'd do). You aren't going to see bargain bin prices

Expect sales is still saving. Quotes for you:
"...That doesn't necessarily mean you'll see a too-good-to-be-true price on a graphics card or gaming laptop right away, because the final price is up to partners and retailers โ€” but those parties have their own incentives to clear shelves, even if they disguise them as sales rather than across-the-board price cuts. Either way, the trend we're seeing is absolutely down, with some cards once again appearing at MSRP after years of commanding 2-3x their price on eBay...."

I agree we'll see sales tho Nvidia has been reluctant on top tier cards but I think people waiting for 75% off are going to be sad. They aren't making these cards anymore, so when they're gone, they're gone. If you wait for a stupid sale you may find yourself a out of luck
