You can cancel online if you go to samsung.com, click the little icon on the right to go to "My Account", then on the left "My Subscriptions", and then click the subscription.(I think this only works if you login to your Samsung account at payment) It's at the very bottom of the form when you're doing your address and stuff.

They dropped it to $29 for broken screen and $99 for broken device.

Does that URL work? I tried entering my IMEI and It says it's Invalid. I literally copied it from About section of my phone.

It should. The first one I posted was actually after you typed the IMEI or serial(I always do serial) but I changed it to before https://rg2.samsungcareplus.com/us#/ <- but for my new fold 4 it shows this deal.

Thanks. Signed up for my new Fold 4 that was delivered yesterday. I see the same message. But how to verify it's free for the first 3 months? Only from Cc statement?

I'll be honest and given it is Samsung I'd 100% check your statement next month to make sure they didn't try to pull a fast one but I believe you can check if you go to your account on samsung.com and on the left click "My Subscriptions" and it might say something there. I'm not 100% sure about that frankly. Samsung tends to be pretty incompetent too..

Will check in my account and keep an eye on the statement. Have taken the offer snapshot along with date. First time buying a fold/flip so needed some peace of mind anyway Smilie. Thanks.

(This is from my own understanding so don't take it as 100% knowledge or anything)

But yes $29 for a cracked screen (supposedly even on the fold 4 which is insane cause it used to be like 250)

And $99 if you break the device(which is also pretty insane)

Btw I should say there are reports that certain states don't have to pay tax so I don't know how they calculate that.(if you keep it after the 3 months that is)

Please keep in mind that you need to call to cancel (no way to do this online), I got it free as a promo for 1 year with the fold 3 and got charged recently and the only way to cancel is to call in.

Shows me $99 for 2 years for Flip 3 128 GB (Verizon deal) with $29 or $99 service fee. Is it a good deal considering it is a flip phone and good chance to break?
