I got this one in gray and, for me, something about the way the back is in two parts doesn't feel that comfortable. It has gotten better over time I think, but it used to feel sharp. Just seems like an unnecessary decision. I think the Quantum 9000 is a better move personally (have that one as well)
Fully agree, I'm using 9000, and tried my wife's 12000, which made I feel quite bizarre that 9000 is more ergonomic

Bought this chair in early 2020 and love it. Was at the same price too. Bit the bullet and snagged another one at this price

I got the 9000 a couple of years ago on that lenovo slickdeal and loved it. I regret not getting the one with a headrest though. Once it became obvious that WFH was going to be longer than a few months, and there just happened to a a slickdeal on the logitech version of the Embody, I jumped on that... and TBH it wasn't that much of an improvement, especially not 6 times more comfortable... but it sure was 6 times more expensive Big Grin.

Very uncomfortable. Look for a used office furniture store near you and purchase a knoll generation chair. I was able to find one for under $300 and it's WAY better than the workpro I have.

I second all the comments about this chair being uncomfortable. I bought it in 2020 and returned it. The lumbar support in this chair is bad even for average sized people.

I have a 9000 and prefer the 12000 to the 9000. Maybe it's better suited for shorter people, but the 9000 feels lacking in the lower back region for me. I was just at the store Yesterday to get their soap special. Chair was listed sale price + 100.

Make sure these armrests work for you. I got the workpro 9000 a year ago and started to get chest pain shortly after. It took me a long time to realize it was coming from the chair. Even the lowest height on the armrests would put my arms in a position that would push my scapulas up all day long, pulling on the various muscle groups that attach. I'm about 6ft too, so my elbows don't sit abnormally low either

I would definitely jump in on this deal if I hadn't just got my WorkPro Quantum 9000 warranty repaired after 7 years for FREE.

I tested out the 12000 in store a couple years ago and it wasn't as comfortable as the 9000.

This is a solid chair. I got in 2020 and works well for the 10/12 hour days my previous office chair couldn't handle (one employer bought that was more than this one)
