The SAE set has equivalents to the missing metric sizes. 7/16 is 11mm, 9/16 is 14mm.
I have both sae and metric sets and they DO NOT WORK with a friction ring impact wrenches. I have a 12v Mileaukee stubby and the bits fall off the anvil. They work fine on the Milwaukee ratchet with the detent pin anvil.

I've looked into these prior and had a hard time determining if they'd work with an impact wrench, not just an impact driver. Hoping someone here can chime in. According to reviews they've used them with hog ring and pin indent friction styles so that tells me impact wrench.

Edit - big words on the package - Impact Driver Socket Set, not for an impact wrench

For what it worth, the set that worked best for me for auto work is a Gearwrench 13 piece 3/8 set. It does not skip sizes and it also includes the 21mm socket, which is very nice to have for larger lug nuts. I pair it with the Milwaukee stubby 3/8 m12 wrench.
I get that some socket sizes are duplicates with SAE, but I hate pulling another set and figuring out which socket is 14mm without labels. Besides, I don't ever use SAE on the impact wrench as all modern cars are metric.

While the price is great, 14 & 19mm are some of the most important and they're not included

I realized that and put an edit at the bottom. I left the rest in case someone else had that question

Personally, I wouldn't typically choose to use those substitutions unless I was really in a bind. 3/4" as a 19mm, sure, but those others are too far off for me.

Tekton has some nice SAE/MM conversion charts: https://www.tekton.com/blog/in-to...ion-charts
