It's not just caffeine with Nuun. It's more for the electrolytes. I use these for cycling primarily for the electrolytes, but I do like having the bit of caffeine to keep my energy up on my longer rides.

maybe people like the taste of coffee? Of course they drink it for caffeine, but maybe not just for caffeine.

Thank you for the post, OP.

Anyone who rides a bicycle (non-e-bike) for more than 30 miles considers products like Nuun an essential part of proper endurance hydration. There are few things worse than bonking on a long ride far from home.

Just a warning. There's no quality control or inventory control on Nuun with Amazon.
I received almost expired tablets (August 2022) on my July 2022 order.
