Keep in mind the logitechs that are on sale for 40 bucks have blue tooth on top of wifi.

So if you want your headphone to double as cell phone headphones, then you prob want to get the logitech.

if pure pc, this is better then the logitechs imho.

Biggest downfall is no pause button. Inconvenient if you are away from your computer and listening to something.

These mics never seem to work good for me. They are always super quiet. Compared to my logitech , same settings... My logitech is 100% more loud.

Almost anything wired sounds better. I had the cloud II awhile back and loved them. I swapped to a higher tiered option with a fiio DAC that sounded incredible. I actually gave those up for the cloud core just for the convenience of wireless. If my last system was a 10 these are a solid 7.5.

I have these for PC gaming and would say worth it at this price. Battery life is quite good.
