At over $2 a lb at the store this is a great deal. I picked this up last time and still have a good amount. Ooni makes a good pizza with this!

How does this compare with the Sam's Club's Member's Mark Bread & Pizza Flour (25 lbs.) for about $12.50? They don't state whether theirs is 00.

Typically if they don't have a 00 listed, it's not 00. This would normally be all-purpose flour with a higher protein content (typically 12-14)

not at all. 00 flour is the fineness of the flour. Other brands of flour have malt in them which helps browning in the home oven, not needed at high temps. this particular 00 flour is crap for many things because it is low protein

It's a cheap flour but would work okay for pasta
