I second that I love my PWRHERO11. Got it on a Slickdeal last Nov and it's been awesome. I actually bought the fluffy roller head direct from Tineco when it was on sale because I have a ton of Hardwood. In all honesty though, the standard roller works great both on carpet and hardwood, though the fluffy roller is nicer because hair doesn't get caught in it as much as the standard roller. I liked this so much I bought one for my parents and they also love it. They only have the standard roller and it does well for them. Battery is fantastic. I can vacuum whole house (2,800 sq ft) on single charge on lowest setting. I've found low setting works very well and only very rarely (high carpet) do I even use the mid or high setting.

TLDR solid vacuum at a solid price. Buy it

Love my PWRHERO11. Got it about six months ago. Works great for me on carpet and hard floors. Battery lasts just long enough to vacuum my apartment on high.

My concern is one rolling brush head for both carpet and hardwood, the Samsung and dyson vacuums always have a soft rolling head for hard surfaces. I'm worried about the rolling brush being too rough on them

How does this compare to the Dyson V8 (Refurb for $200 and new for $300)?

Also have had a PWRHero for about a year now. Bought the fluffy head as well but 90% of the time just use the multi brush head. It picks up everything off my hardwood floors. The plus of the fluffy head is that it somewhat "polishes" the floor I suppose. That being said I'm able ti fully vacuum the whole house on the medium suction setting (lasts about 20-25m) Def recommend.

Is this same as Tineco Pure One S11 ?! Couldn't find answer on google. Specs wise they seem same or almost same, but no definitive answer. Anyone know?

It is to the Dyson V8 BUT....

Tineco has an always on switch which is really nice. I have the A11, may be the same as this model.

Does anyone know the wattage of the motor?

AND this is my two sense. Unlike what others have said, the hard roller SUCKED on hard wood flooring but was amazing on carpet. Bottom line, you will want to get a soft roller for your hard wood floors. And I am shocked that people said otherwise.

So I have the A11 Hero and got a free soft brush... got mine two years ago and it works AMAZING.

Want to get one as a present for my sister... after doing research it seems this has the same engine as the A11 (450 watts) which is GREAT but the battery is about 1/3 less powerful and to me that is the deal breaker.

I would be VERY HAPPY to spend $200 on the A11 Tango (bigger battery and soft roller which is a MUST for bare floors).

bare floors, does that mean tile or wood (just trying to see if I can get by with the roller head for tile as well). For sure wouldn't use it on laminate flooring

The one brush head works fine for me on hard floors. I don't see anything left on the floor after I vacuum.

The only negative for me with this vacuum is that it doesn't roll very smoothly on carpet. But that's not a dealbreaker for me. I watched the vacuum wars youtube review before buying it and I agree completely with that review. He said it is a good vacuum with very good filtration that picks up well on all floors but is a little awkward to push on carpet.

I really like the filtration. There is no dust in the air at all after I use it.

I have a slightly different model A11 for 2 years now and for the most part the multi rolling brush head works great on carpet and good on hardwood. The bristles are soft so it won't scratch your floor. It will pick up most of the noticeable items on hardwood...sometimes it might miss some items (eg. solid crumbs) on the first pass but it'll usually get it on the second. The thing with hardwood is there's A LOT of dust you won't see unless you shine light across it. This is where the soft rolling head shines as it will pick those up as well. For people with dust allergies, I would recommend getting the soft rolling head if you have hardwood.

Loved mine while the battery lasted. After about 12 months, battery is now good for literally five minutes.
