The real key feature is that it's got an auto bed leveler. Been in this hobby too damn long without one and having to re-zero after changing spools takes about 10-20 minutes of trail & error (and sweat) until it's finally tuned in again. After 6 years of printing, all that time adds up and slowly ate away at my desire to turn the printer on.

50 micron layer height is also very nice resolution. If you drop the nozzle down to 0.3mm, you'll can get some really sharp prints out of this for very little money.

For a complete beginner, would you recommend Monoprice MP10 Mini or Creality Ender Pro? The Ender pro is $99 at micro center near me.

Back in the day, as a newbie, first person in the family with a 3d printer, the Ender assembly and first setup was a learning curve, because they had no instructions after the physical build about bed aligning, tension, ... which took some online research. It took a few extra modifications too in terms of an arm to guide the filament, feet so cable would not catch ... but I would buy it again.
It also takes a bit of time to get up to speed with files, slicing, etc bed adhesion.

Instructions are better. Community is good. They're very popular machines. I don't know that one can go wrong with a machine from Creality. Just have to be ready to DIY. Learn. And it prepares one a little for ehen basic parts need replacing or repair.

Regarding leveling. After initial turbulations, I go many print hours and spool changes without checking it. Maybe before a large important print or new spool, I may check it, but mainly just if something is not sticking or looks off.

this one is better designed and more friendly for beginner, ender is good but it's been 6 years old now.

Depends on what you plan on using it for and how long you anticipate to do this hobby. Even for a beginner, I would recommend a good direct drive extruder and auto bed leveling. I was a beginner last year and with these upgrades, I feel printing was not as frustrating as it would be with a bottom end printer. I print tools and parts (for test fitting before sending to a CNC company to make the actual part out of stainless or chemical resistant plastics.)

There's a bunch, there's a million variations of the Ender Pro. They run around 400 dollars to start.

The Monoprice. Automatic bed leveling and silent stepper drivers are quality of life upgrades that are included. If you don't need the slightly larger build volume on the Ender, you'd be spending a lot more to do those upgrades in the future. This is more comparable to the Ender 3 V2 but even that doesn't have auto bed leveling out of the box.
