I paid $39.99 less than a month ago. Good deal. Lots of fun on PC, even with my crappy non-gaming laptop. Now waiting for the PS5 version to go on sale now so that I can play on both platforms, but not willing to pay $80 total for this game. $60 total is already too much (assuming I can eventually get the PS version at $19.99, which I think is likely). I wish they could sell "per user," with all platforms available once paid, but I'm sure the individual platform store policies wouldn't allow that.

Thanks for posting this! Been watching this one for a while and the retail price seemed really high. I actually have been PC gaming since the mid 90s and probably the only person that hasn't played D2. I actually owned the first one and D3 but not D2, which is funny because I hear that is the best one.

I bought the battle chest on sale for $29.99. That includes Diablo 2 remastered, as well as Diablo 3 and the expansion.
