I got this card about 2 weeks ago and just got the $200 bonus (open offer, no reservation number required). They give the bonus as soon as you've spent $500+. Haven't even got the 1st statement yet. The only drawback is that cash back has to be redeemed in $25 increments.

So does that mean if I spend $500 (which I usually spent on bills so I'd spend this money anyway) I can't get the $200 cashback applied to the balance all at once?

You can apply all $200 at once. What I meant by "in $25 increments" is that the redeemed amount has to be a multiple of $25 (ex: $25, $50, $75, $100, $125, etc).
Was approved though it took close to 3 weeks for them to send the card. Will have to spend the $500 asap to ensure that I get the bonus in case they went off of the application date.

In the OP's example the reservation number is DMLLTRCCRCTZCB250 and they put it in the URL. When the OP said they would update the initial post I thought that meant they would update the URL with a working reservation number but it's tied to a SSN so you need your own. I'm not sure how they get mailed to you - like if there is a way to request it from Citizen's Bank.
