I made the mistake of buying the last jack links deal on slickdeals. I tried them recently and they were nearly the worst thing I've ever tasted. It was just over salted dog food quality beef. I don't normally complain about over salted cured meats, but these were completely inedible for me.

I can't imagine adding jalapeños would really fix any of that.

worst for me is their unchewable, crazy tough, indigestible skin.
i always spit it out. is that supposed to be eaten?

I ordered the last Jack Links 3 flavor sticks and liked em. Teriyaki was a bit different.....but I'm sure this jalapeno combo with cheese should be fun.

My local 7-eleven charges $1.99 each for the combo ones.
