Sorry for the dumb question, but as someone with a set of powerblocks dumbbells, am i missing much not having kettlebells? I know kettlebell swings look great. But otherwise it seems like a lot of movements can be done with dumbbells. So do people tend to invest in dumbbells or kettlebells but not both?

I like kettlebells for ballistics—swings and snatches. Shoulder press feels better than a dumbbell for me too. Also complexes like going from a row, deadlift, to single arm swing, clean, pressing from different shoulder angles, squat, reverse lunge and switching it to the other hand and doing the same in one flow. Sometimes doing it with doubles. Still use dumbbells for some isolation, but kettlebells just feel better to me. YMMV

If I'm doing complexes I typically stick to a single weight--whether singles or doubles. On heavy days during the week, I dedicate a day doing my own twist on Dan John's Armor Building Complex, Strongfirst's Moving Target complex with doubles, and Strongfirst's Deep Six with a single. and a 15 minute EMOM heavy swings to close things out. For that I choose an 18KG, 20KG, or a 23KG for the complexes depending how I'm feeling, and a 32KG at the end for the heavy swings. So each training session I only need 2 weight variations--one for the complex and one for heavy swings. That's one weight switch.

Honestly, I don't know what kind of circuits you see people running, but if weights gotta be switched around that much during a circuit with kettlebells, that sounds like an inefficient circuit, training modality or program.

wow, amazing find. I had given up hope on these adjustable kettlebells. Over the past 2 years the pricing has just gone up on titan, socalkettlebellz, bellsofsteel. This is the lowest price i've seen on this from any retailer and KBK has lifetime warranty

Hopefully they have enough to make up for preorders. Once the kettlebell community catches on this won't last long.

I honestly can't tell if this whole thread is a meme, sarcasm or serious.

Yah it is big, but it's made to mimic the kettlebells that are used in competitions which are all the same size regardless of weight

I am glad that I woke up early to swing my non-adjustable KB's.

In for 2, and a big thank you to the OP!

FYI I used the code LB20OFF to get it down to $180. Maybe everyone is using desktops, but I cannot read the OP's image in the mobile app or through a mobile browser.

In for one - really excited to add adjustable equipment to my small basement gym, so thank you OP.

Any sense of how long this may take to arrive given the pre-order status?
