Honestly, I don't know what kind of circuits you see people running, but if weights gotta be switched around that much during a circuit with kettlebells, that sounds like an inefficient circuit, training modality or program.

Also depending on your goals you might not need to adjust it every workout.
Rarely change weights > you only need a few individual kettlebells to cover your training
Endurance tool, progress with volume/time > again only need a few kettlebells and make your progression with time/reps.
And yes, it's great that they can "grow" with you

and they are not significantly more expensive
I started purchasing individual kettlebells. A 50lb KB runs about $75+ and a 70lb KB runs about a $100+.
This would give you weights from 25-70 for $180. Its a no brainer as far as price goes. I'm not sure why someone would constantly need to adjust weights during a KB specific workout unless they are starting off too heavy or too light. Once you figure out a weight that both pushes you but doesnt sacrifice form, you can stick with it for a while before adding more weight.
I plan on selling my individual bells and use these.
Just my 2 cents..

I turned one of my car bays in my garage into a gym. It's already overloaded with stuff, including 3 different weighted kettlebells. The adjustable kettlebell let's me do two bell workouts and also have access to more options with single bells, and if I like it enough I'll sell my other kettlebells and buy another adjustable.
I have also travelled for work with kettlebells before, so now I only need to bring one bell on week long trips. For someone who does kettlebell workouts but isn't super intense about them the weight adjustment annoyance isn't a big deal.

These are straight up the best value in kettlebells. You will easily spend $1k+ getting every weight separately. You can also add fractional plates to get even more different weights.
If you're following a program where you use one weight for the entire workout as I did when running Geoff Neupert's Giant program recently, these are still great because being able to progressively overload has saved me from making big jumps and getting injured in the past.
I'm currently running Joe Daniel's Kettlebell Only Muscle Growth program (KBOMG) which starts with heavy sets followed by light/medium sets. For example, 5 sets of 3-5 reps of double rack front squats for heavy, and 5x5 of light/medium cleans or snatches. Switching the weights takes less than a minute once you get used to it. I'm also much more confident that the simple screw and washer mechanism will last longer than the dial mechanisms used in other adjustable kettlebells.
Also as others have mentioned, once you get used to competition style kettlebells, the fact that every weight is the same size is great!

I like kettlebells for a variety of exercises and purchased this type of cheap adaptable ones early in pandemic.

I got the first link above to use with adjustable dumbbells. Turns out they are a great cheap way to do kettlebell swings, but most other dynamic exercises it just doesn't. No cleans or snatch.
I upgraded soon after to real kettlebells.
