I disagree. Have been using their offers for at least a decade now, and only once did they claw an offer back (hotel deal). Many other offers they never clawed back, and this was after me initially calling them to tell them I had to return an item and they should take the money back for the offer. I finally gave up on that route.

I wouldn't advise using their offers to game the system as it is immoral, for me personally at least, but I can say that they aren't great with taking money back.

Interesting, because AMEX did claw back mine when I made a return. I thought it's automatic.

Having the same issue. Click the link. Webpage says thanks for verifying but it never redirects to the login page. Try to log in manually and says I haven't verified yet.
