Just ordered again, bought it two months ago when it was a slickdeal for $199. It was a great value then and $175 is a killer deal. We love the table and use it all the time. Got this cover for it and love the setup:

The only meaningful difference seems to be that the Harbor City model has the top to convert to a table when not in use. It is also a little bit larger in overall dimensions.

The Harbor City model also has an "H" shaped burner which supposedly is better.

How difficult are these to convert to natural gas? Propane is just so expensive and tanks don't last long enough

I ordered this two months ago for $199 too. This price is a great deal. I've been using it the past few weeks. I've been cooking some steak, mushrooms, and eating on the ends. Not that roomy but room enough to enjoy food while the fire is burning.

Setup was about an hour and I'm typically slow to build this out. Super easy to put together with the allen wrench provided.

Box arrived and was too heavy to lift with just one person although you could try. I wouldn't recommend it. It's lighter once out of the box and put together.

Last post had someone add in a cover. I used the same one and it fits perfectly and is easy to put it on after using the firepit.

Do you think this would benefit from one of those glass wind guards?

Yes and no. My area is slightly windy so the heat from the fire definitely moves around, but I typically have the flames lower. I just raised it the last time I was out and suffered a bit. If your area gets windy, I'd recommend it. Is it something you can buy separately? Why don't you try it out first and get it later if it's needed.
