Yes in this case but because I am a student there is a different thing on my student account where I can generate a code for 40% works like this and works on all sale items any item on under armour just apply promo in the promo spot

I bought something from UA on Tuesday with the regular 20% off. I chatted with them today and they promptly sent me a reimbursement to reflect 40% off. Then I spent $80 more with the sale lol.
