Their customer service sucks. Been trying to exchange a jacket I bought. They keep saying return label was sent but never received it. If anyone has suggestions, let me know.

Every item I add says "not eligible with id.me" anyone else getting this? I've added random products and still getting it. Every previous 40% it would apply to the whole cart…

[edit] problem solved. Was getting boxers that got cheaper as you added more to the cart. Removed them and my 40% came in
