Why did you say "Shipping is free with Prime or on orders $25+."? Actually the shipping is 0 by subscribe regardless of Prime or on orders $25+. Will it add the shipping charge when it is shipped?

Abslolute crap IMHO. I bought one of these packets 2 weeks ago because they were so much cheaper than Oral B. They are rough, the thread grays and leaves little pieces in my mouth and teeth. I am throwing them away.
