Thanks OP. Great price on a 10' tall version of swing. Now to youtube- see if I can find a good video on how to cement mount it in a yard.

I built this same set up with stock wood at home Depot and brackets off Amazon for $~175. This is isn't bad, but $699 is ridiculous

People give their wooden sets away all the time. These are $1500++ sets. If you have the help, go that route. A little stain and a weekend will give you a real playset. For a few hundred you could probably hire out the assembly.

Kinda like the maximum weight on the 6' ladder is 225lbs but my Dad and I are way over that and have used it 100+ times. A 105-125lb pre-teen or teen will be just fine and if not, broken bones are cool and make kids popular. Who doesn't like to sign casts?

My swing set has had two adults over 200 pounds on it at once several times. I get they add a safety margin, but you probably shouldn't double the rated capacity. So it's good for people to know.

If you like to swing with your kids this one may not be for you.

My kids often want me to go swing with them, so having a swing set that was rated for more weight was important to me.
