I bought a slightly higher tier version of this product, as "excellent" open box. For excellent, it is defined as containing all accessories. For me, I just got the power cord and the device, and that is it, so it was missing both a fabric carrying case and the pen. So basically they just mailed me an errand, and I had to drive to a best buy to return it...

Tempting but beware the weight (4.5lb) will make the laptop feel heavy and less portable. I've been in the market for a 15.6-16" 2-in-1, and so far, the LG Gram 16 and Samsung Galaxy 15.6" Book2 Pro 360 offer lighter weights (~3lb) with similar specs albeit for a bit more money.

Yeah, same thing here. A "Open Box, Excellent" GoPro from BB. No box. No case even! No manuals. Missing accessories. A wasted trip. Has BestBuy just given up? It's like there's no reason to shop there anymore IMO. Morale seems horrible among the employees. I feel bad for them, but it's just become a bad shopping experience overall. Makes me sad.
