I returned this TV to Best Buy. There is about a 2-3" border around the edges of the TV that is lighter than the rest. I thought it was just mine until I watched the videos on rtings that show the same edge lighting issue. It's like backlighting bleeding. After a couple days, I couldn't take my eyes off of it and made TV watching not enjoyable.

Seems like a pretty great deal, looks like a few minutes of work to jump through the hoops to get $100 back as long as it is as easy at it looks on the website. Costco lists this model as "A65H" and on the website for the $100 back lists "A6H" as a qualifying model. Does this TV definitely qualify?

So I just got the Costco Citi credit card. But many of the benefits people have long raved about are no longer advertised. For example, price protection and warranty extension (mentioned by OP). So are they still in effect? I can only say "probably."
That site makes no mention. Also consider the Costco Warranty Calculators, for example the "Appliance" one LINK[costco.com]. The warranty period does not change when you specify using the Costco Visa. This isn't definitive by any means, but raises some question marks.
Given that credit card benefits like this (add car rental insurance to the list) in general are being dropped in favor of more cash back, I am not 100% confident the benefit is still in effect. There are conflicting claims on Reddit and other discussion sites, with people getting different answers from Costco and from Citi. There are still references to these benefits on the Citi web site LINK[citi.com], but just because something hasn't been diligently scrubbed off the 'net doesn't mean it is still in effect.
I mean to look further into this before making a big purchase with these benefits in effect.
