I have this hub with some zooz 700 sensors. Works fine, so far I'm happier than with smart things. Hope it stays reliable.

I have hubitat at two different properties. I use it with a lager variety of z-wave and zigbee appliances, even with IR controllers. I just wish it was easier to make rules for the smart locks. The scheduling to activate and de-activate lock codes does not work for me.

Other than that I've had no issues with them. Maybe I should get a back up.

Great product. This is the usual sale price, but it's still a price you can only get a few times a year.

Any expansion? I've been using Zooz light switches without a problem.

Just use SmartThings, obviously. Whatever "customization" and "military-grade uptime" you think you need to survive -- you don't.

You know up until last week I'd agree with this, until my internet died last week for about half a day and everything just stopped working . Couldn't control lights and other stuff . This would have not even had a hiccup.

I have a 2018 Samsung Smarthings (im6001-v3p01) that I cannot get to work in my new house despite using it for a couple years in my old one. Requires red and green blinking light to set up but shows solid indicating can't connect to internet. Have tried everything under the sun and nothing fixes it. Samsung support is sending me a replacement or a refund.

Anyone make the switch from Smartthings to Hubitat and happy with that move? Thinking that might be the best option here.
