anyone know whether their retail stores do sharpening, and if so, what the cost is? couldn't find it on their website 🤐

FYI "Zwilling Gourmet" and "Z now S" branded knives are not forged. It used to be the case that anything branded "Zwilling" was forged, but I guess they recently decided to pull another "Henckels International" stunt to trick consumers into buying lower quality knives.

Their store (outlet in pleasantville,NY) does sharpening. Best to go when their is not a major sale going on (or can leave the knives...they also do mail order for sharpening)

they charged around $5.00 a knife...if in NJ there is a great guy in clifton who does a great job if that helps
