I bought this pack a few months ago, and although I'm still a beginner I am much more educated now.

1. I am still not sure what guitar this is. If you type the serial number in Fender's site it just comes back as being the combo pack. I truly think it might not be a bullet or affinity, as someone else has said. It is made in China.

2. This is the only amp I own, but it seems fine to me. Has treble, bass, gain, and and overdrive button. Good enough to start.

3. The guitar is fine. I now own a much better electric guitar to compare it to, and this is not a premium guitar but is highly playable. It stays in tune. Neck feels fine. I got a setup on mine, but the low E string still buzzes sometimes acoustically, but not through the amp. It is very easy to play. I like the thin neck. This can take you from beginner to intermediate, no question about it. It is not a "forever" guitar.

This is worth $130. No doubt.

Probably lower quality and QC than a Bullet and not worth touching. A used Frontman is worth $40 so it is a deal considering all the items included, but the guitar may not be playable.

This is not a tremolo bridge, correct (i think thats what hard tail brige means)? Also, the email sign-up for 10% off doesnt work this either, correct?

No extra coupons with the labor day sale items. Yes, it's a hard tail so the bridge doesn't move. Designed for beginners so it stays better in tune.

Fender doesn't even make a lower level than the Bullet. The only other model I know of is the SE (special edition), which was essentially the same body thickness/dimensions as the Standard, but had the Affinity hardware and pickups. It also had a tremolo though. Those came in the packs like this one.

Yeah I bought one yesterday. I figured if I sold all the accessories, the guitar will be free.

Can you measure the thickness of the body? If it's thicker than the Bullet/Affinity series, it's a SE version. (Cheap electronics, but thicker body, like the standard Fender)

Is there a standard to measuring the thickness of the body? I laid it flat on the floor and measured approximately 1.6875" or just under 43 mm at the side of the body. This would not include the white pick guard, just the black body.

Anyone come across "bullet-like" packages like this that are lefty? Looked for lefties on the site but they seem to be a bit more.

The full thickness bodies are 1.75" at the top horn. (Top front of body)

I ordered 10 packs yesterday. I know I can flip them for a least $200/each. Sold a used one of these amps, just yesterday on FB MP for $50. I routinely sell used Affinity Strats for $140-160 depending on condition.
Did they ship yet?
