Great machines but make sure you have the counter space for them because they ain't small. 18.5" W x 14.6" D x 11" H

Overall great units but beware very common problem with the convection fan suddenly will stop working around the year mark or so

I picked up the BOV600 (to replace a 10-year old Breville toaster oven we have and love) elsewhere but am returning it. I should have checked the recent Amazon Questions/Answers because many people are complainnig of a loud, high pitched whining sound coming from this model. Kind of like the old school CRT TVs. I heard it clearly, it was very loud and was on whenever the LCD backlight was on (the sound turns off when you turn on the interior lamp). It supposedly is quieter (not gone) when the backlight is off on the LCD.

Regardless, it was annoying the F out of me. My wife heard it, but it wasn't as loud to her.

Thank you! I've had one 4 years and love it. Only thing is the fan stays on sometimes past off mode. At first it bothered but never longer than a few minutes.
