I found a floor model of this chair at a store for this price over the summer and it seemed good in the store and the first time I used it at home, but every subsequent use left me in pain and no amount of adjustments resolved it and I ended up returning it. Really need a new chair, too.

My experience may be atypical and this isn't meant to condemn its quality or the possibility it may suit a different-sized person. Just didn't work out for me. I'm 6'3 270# (working on it), so shorter lighter folks will probably fair better.

Amazon has it for the same price too, but looks like a different seller.. Not sure about the ease of return and return flexibility/refunds (the terms and conditions looks a little iffy)

With the more pronounced lumbar this model appeals to me more- but when this was posted a week or two ago, several people commented that it was uncomfortable compared to the 9000. Gonna have to see if I can find an Office Depot that actually has them to try out.

Has this chair and loved it, until the bolts attaching the armrests to the chair snapped! Other reviewers have mentioned this is a common issue, but supposedly the company is good with warranty claims to repair.
