My experience may be atypical and this isn't meant to condemn its quality or the possibility it may suit a different-sized person. Just didn't work out for me. I'm 6'3 270# (working on it), so shorter lighter folks will probably fair better.

I went from the herman miller aeron when I was working in an office to this chair when I had to buy my own working from home. Overall the workpro 9000 is only slightly inferior to the aeron which is a good thing considering the difference in price. My only annoyance with this chair is the armrests are fixed to the base and do not move with the back when you recline.
After well over 2 years with this chair working 50+ hours a week plus non work related video game and study time, I haven't regretted this chair once. It's a steal at this price.

Anyways, been a great chair for 3 years and still looks/works like new.
