**Still available at my local store on Sept. 6th**

Stopped at my local Costco store (zip code 55347, MN) and noticed that the 5Gal gas can is on clearance with the price tag ending in .97. If you need one, grab it for the winter season

Can't remember exactly how much it was before the mark down. Home Depot has it for $26.47.

Just remember that Blitz made decently priced gas cans. Over the years, I bought at least four or five of the five-gallon cans, and a couple two-gallon cans. They were simple and perfect for the job. And then, there were asshole lawyers and juries that put Blitz out of business.

And now we have this frankenstein gas can that is super expensive and likely * a pain in the ass to use.

* I have not used this one, but am angry at another "new, safe" gas can that was absolutely shitty.

Thanks for sharing! With the keyword "Blitz gas can", here is what I found about the exploding gas cans. I always wondered why the gas cans are so expensive now.
