I can't imagine wiring a house and not having a pair of NMB (Romex) strippers. It looks like these can do it though it is an unadvertised feature. Another alternative would be:
Clever. And true. I have a serious problem with Knipex. Probably dropped $500 on them over the past couple years. But this one isn't tempting enough. Sure, they barely won Project Farms video, but this is just not a tool I can see paying that kind of difference for. Especially as a just a DIY electrician.
Got the Irwin model a long time ago (the one from that PF video) and those Milwaukee ones (were $15 a few months back). The Irwins are fine, but I was blown away with the quality of the Milwaukees. Really love the width and gripping strength of the pliers at the end.

Hmm. Interesting. I didn't even know that was a thing. I'm done with wiring whole houses, but if that was on my radar, that IS a compelling reason to splurge. Romex stripping (more like peeling I guess) has always been a pain point...

I love Knipex but as with women and tools, Don't pay for expensive strippers.

It's relatively not since this one can be reused many many times without breaking😏
The Milwaukee stripper is like $20 and has a limited lifetime warranty.

I have them, and like them for their usage. But when not cutting in boxes, regular lineman are in my tool pouch.
