Tresemme is quite good, but I doubt it will help in your case. It sounds like you're body is very sensitive to dehydration. you'd be better off drinking a lot of water after you drink alcohol. Maybe try drinking water between boozy drinks. If nothing else, you'll be able to party longer.

Real question? I'm a guy and I use gel but my hair gets dry especially on days after I drink. Will this help my hair from not being so dry? Or would I need something that maybe helps with hair damage?

You have to also use a conditioner after shampooing. Also a separate product like a leave-In conditioner or gel might help.
