Tresemme is quite good, but I doubt it will help in your case. It sounds like you're body is very sensitive to dehydration. you'd be better off drinking a lot of water after you drink alcohol. Maybe try drinking water between boozy drinks. If nothing else, you'll be able to party longer.

Some hair gels contain alcohol which drys out the hair and scalp.
This shampoo should work for you; it contains Argan oil to help smooth and soften hair. I would use also use a good conditioner.

I usually just buy whatever is on sale & that I can double dip & apply coupons to. I tried this Tresemme recently on one of those sales, and I loved it so much, I bought another 2 bottles when it went on sale again. With these 3 that I just purchased, I'm well stocked at a great price. Thanks OP.

I just hope I don't end up hating it anytime soon, lol.
