I have this laptop and I was also the OP for the previous front page deal. I am using it for about 2 months now, and I plan to leverage/exploit (if you want to put it that way) full 90 days Costco return policy and then return it on 90th day (may be few days sooner).

The reason I am so upset to teach them a lesson is they have 2 different BIOS in this laptop. And at least on mine, I got unlucky. No key combination activates advanced BIOS settings (tried all and even posted on reddit laptop subreddit, and people confirmed). This is ridiculous. I cannot install any other OS as Linux Grub won't work. It literally jumps into Windows 11. I am very pissed. I know 99% of people won't need to install Ubuntu/Linux. I still won't recommend them personally.

EDIT: Few more pet peeves:

1. This laptop has ridiculously low volume. Even at max, I struggle to hear if the room is not completely silent.
2. The display is very dim. It is supposed to be 350 nits. May be I am spoiled with all the other laptops in our family (high end office MacBook, ~$2000 DELL XPX). But even when considering really cheap Samsung Flex 2 Alpha that I bought for my twins last year, Flex 2 Alpha has a brighter display.
3. Battery life is good but could have been better. Getting around 7 to 8 hours I believe. The Lenovo Yoga 7i 16" with Intel discrete graphics (i.e., 100w battery version) is much heavier but gets 10+ hours battery life. That's what I am waiting to buy.

I also have this laptop from the previous deal and I really like it and while I don't disagree with the previous poster, screen has been plenty bright and audio fine for my uses. I won't pretend those are perfect, but it's fine. I've found it to be light, great battery life, and the touchscreen works very well - which i use often for projects. If I didn't need the touchscreen, I'd definitely go for the 17", which is all around a better computer, but for specific use cases like mine, I'm really liking it.

I'm a big fan of the Gram lineup and this is my 4th one. They have proven durable machines that do what I need them to do: be light, fast and have good battery life. If you need top tier specs, look elsewhere. For ultralight business travel, nothing else competes except the xps line.
